Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL-2
The Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 offers lightweight quality at a not unreasonable price. We don’t love its asymmetrical sleeping space, but it has loads of internal storage and other features that make this a very solid option.
Nemo Dragonfly OSMO
This is the best pure hiking tent we reviewed. Incredibly lightweight for a tent of this quality, with good features and large vestibules. The tapered design can be a bit narrow and the materials aren't as strong as some of the others we reviewed.
MSR Hubba Hubba NX Tent
A great allrounder with generous living space and high quality construction. Easy single pole setup, high privacy screens and symmetrical living space make this a very practical tent.
MSR Access 2
This 4-season tent with 29 square feet of interior space fits two campers with a comfortable livable room. Its versatility means you can take it out for various activities whether it's for summertime mountaineering or trekking. The lightweight fabric and double wall design does a good job at handling condesation.
REI Co-Op Trailmade 2
The REI Co-op Trailmade 2 is a reasonably priced, well-made and spacious tent, but it’s heavy and has limited storage and headroom. Overall, it’s a simple backpacking tent for beginners.
Mountain Hardwear Trango 2
The Mountain Hardwear Trango 2 is durable, spacious and has a simple setup, however, it’s heavy and bulky, and has a low ceiling. It makes for a remote and strong backpacking tent, though.
MSR Elixir 2
The MSR Elixir 2 is a high-quality tent with well-considered features. A big downside it the weight and size, however, it’s a versatile choice, prioritizing comfort over lightweight.ˇ
Kelty All Inn 2
The Kelty All Inn 2 has an easy setup and is a cheaper option for its quality. Despite only having a single vestibule and the tent narrowing towards your feet, it’s a great buy for the price.
BlackWolf Wasp UL Tent
The BlackWolf Wasp UL tent has a large interior, although this comes with added weight. It also lacks ventilation, but for a camping tent, it does the job.
Lightwave Sigma S22 Tent
The Lightwave Sigma S22 is a roomy, lightweight and waterproof tent, that, despite being dark and the fact that you have to thread the poles, is a great option for a single-walled tent.
Hilleberg Nammatj 2
The Hilleberg Nammatj 2 is a durable, wind-resistant and warm tent, perfect for all-season conditions. While expensive and only having a single vestibule, it has plenty of room for cooking, sleeping, storage and waiting inside during bad weather.
Nemo Hornet Elite OSMO
The Nemo Hornet Elite OSMO backpacking tent is extremely lightweight and easy to set up. While it’s small, a bit delicate and on the expensive side, the tent is excellent for when lightweight is key, which it is when hiking.
Heimplanet Fistral Classic
The Heimplanet Fistral Classic is quick to set up and pack down and quite spacious, but it’s also quite heavy and wobbly. Overall, it’s an innovative approach to 2-person tents, but it does have its complications.
Kelty Late Start
The Kelty Late Start is simple to set up and quite durable, but it does have its cons. It only has a single door and vestibule and is quite cheaply made. Overall though, it’s a decent, basic, low-cost hiking tent.
Marmot Tungsten 2P
This is a good quality, spacious hiking tent perfect for short hiking trips and camping. We prefer a more lightweight option for longer trips but really this is a great tent that will last for years and keep you dry. We love the large interior space.
The North Face AMK Assault 2 FUTURELIGHT™
The North Face AMK Assault 2 Futurelight™ has a roomy vestibule that adds extra storage. Easy to carry around but it lacks headroom. The tent is not fit for harsh conditions; it's water-resistant but not waterproof. Overall, it’s fairly priced for a livable tent.
Intex Challenger K2
The Intex Challenger K2 is a simple and affordable kayak for beginners, kids and families. While it’s a bit uncomfortable, lacks durability and doesn't track well in a straight line, it’s quite stable on the water. It’s a great kayak for recreational paddling on lakes and calm rivers.
Intex Explorer K2
The Intex Explorer K2 Inflatable tandem kayak offers speedy inflation and deflation with added bonus of being stable and easy to paddle. It’s high sides means it can be difficult for smaller paddlers and it has limited storage and not the best tracking. It’s a cheap kayak for relaxing, short trips.
Itiwit 1–2P Recreational
The Itiwit Drop-Stitch 1–2-person Recreational kayak is stable and well constructed, although it’s a bit small and isn’t the most comfortable to paddle in. Although it has poor tracking, the kayak is a good option for the occasional paddler for recreational use on calm waters.
Itiwit X500 2P
The Itiwit X500 2-Person kayak is a great performing kayak for intermediate kayakers. It tracks well and is manoeuvrable, especially at high speeds, but it can be unstable due to it being narrow. It’s also quite heavy and has not much storage, but is perfect for speed on calm lakes and rivers.
