The Heimplanet Fistral Classic is quick to set up and pack down and quite spacious, but it’s also quite heavy and wobbly. Overall, it’s an innovative approach to 2-person tents, but it does have its complications.

The Kelty Late Start is simple to set up and quite durable, but it does have its cons. It only has a single door and vestibule and is quite cheaply made. Overall though, it’s a decent, basic, low-cost hiking tent.

This is a good quality, spacious hiking tent perfect for short hiking trips and camping. We prefer a more lightweight option for longer trips but really this is a great tent that will last for years and keep you dry. We love the large interior space.

The North Face AMK Assault 2 Futurelight™ has a roomy vestibule that adds extra storage. Easy to carry around but it lacks headroom. The tent is not fit for harsh conditions; it's water-resistant but not waterproof. Overall, it’s fairly priced for a livable tent.

The Intex Challenger K2 is a simple and affordable kayak for beginners, kids and families. While it’s a bit uncomfortable, lacks durability and doesn't track well in a straight line, it’s quite stable on the water. It’s a great kayak for recreational paddling on lakes and calm rivers.

The Intex Explorer K2 Inflatable tandem kayak offers speedy inflation and deflation with added bonus of being stable and easy to paddle. It’s high sides means it can be difficult for smaller paddlers and it has limited storage and not the best tracking. It’s a cheap kayak for relaxing, short trips.

The Itiwit Drop-Stitch 1–2-person Recreational kayak is stable and well constructed, although it’s a bit small and isn’t the most comfortable to paddle in. Although it has poor tracking, the kayak is a good option for the occasional paddler for recreational use on calm waters.

The Itiwit X500 2-Person kayak is a great performing kayak for intermediate kayakers. It tracks well and is manoeuvrable, especially at high speeds, but it can be unstable due to it being narrow. It’s also quite heavy and has not much storage, but is perfect for speed on calm lakes and rivers.

The Aquaglide Navarro 145 is a sturdy and easy-to-manoevre tandem kayak. While it comes with no included accessories and has poor tracking abilities, for the price, it offers great performance for leisure and multi-day excursions, especially when you need the added comfort of durability.

The Advanced Elements AdvancedFrame Convertible Elite is a fast kayak that has a huge weight capacity. It’s tough and well-built constructions means it has a slow setup and it’s also a bit heavy when packed. So, while it has some downsides, it’s a fast and stable kayak.

The Innova Rush 2 has a sturdy construction and handles well in the water, cutting through seamlessly. While expensive, it’s a high-end kayak for top-level performance that’s equipped with all the right features you need when out on the water.

The Sea Eagle 330 is a great kayak for families wanting a budget kayak that’s easy to set up, dry and then pack down when out by the water. It’s quite small and can be unstable, plus, it’s a bit uncomfortable to paddle in, especially for long periods of time. While it needs improvements, it’s a great inflatable kayak for the price.

The Tommy Bahama Backpack Beach Chair is a high-quality, good-looking and lightweight chair. While its backpack straps are a bit flimsy and the back of the chair is quite low, overall, it’s great for lounging with everything at hand.

The Fiam Dondolina Steel Frame is a sturdy and comfortable beach or desk chair. While it can creak a bit, it moves with you as you recline and it’s easily portable and stackable.

The Brunner Bula Beach Chair Pros is wide, cosy and robust, and while it’s not adjustable and has no armrests, overall, it’s a very comfortable and easily transportable beach chair.

We enjoyed relaxing in the RIO BEACH Folding Beach Chair. The wooden arms lend a touch of luxury and refinement to the chair, perfect for sipping cocktails by the seaside. The chair features an innovative system that allows the back position to be adjusted by moving the armrests, which was a win and was easy to carry to and from the water.

If you’re after a good looking, sturdy and transportable beach chair, the SUNNYLiFE Deluxe Beach Chair might be for you. While the wood may eventually start to rot in the elements, it’s a very comfortable chair to sit and recline in, albeit a little expensive.

If you're specifically after a chair with built-in sunshade, then the GCI Outdoor Waterside Sunshade Backpack Beach Chair is worth a look. It folds down into a fairly compact size for storage, so as it fulfills the role of part beach chair part umbrella, it's not a bad option.
