As a wide working table with storage compartments, the vidaXL Foldable Camping Cupboard is a very practical table for long-term camping. Due to the storage compartments, there’s no room for your legs underneath if you want to eat from the table, but it’s primarily a great base for your kitchen.
Performance - At 47.2x18.5x26.8in, the table definitely isn't meant to be a dining table, although you can use it as one if you wish. This is a large working surface and the tabletop being heat-resistant, scratch-resistant and waterproof helps when preparing food. It has a load capacity of 30–50kg, but we feel as though this is quite a large variation. For taller people, the table may be slightly low to work from.
Construction - The table has a metal frame, an MDF tabletop and the storage compartments are 600D Oxford polyester with a PVC coating for durability, although the overall materials aren’t the most durable.
Features - The table has two, deep storage compartments with plenty of room for you to store and have everything you need within reach. These have a zippered door to keep dirt out when camping.
Portability - The vidaXL Foldable Camping Cupboard tabletop folds in half for storage. It has a handle on the side for you to easily move it around, although with just this handle, carrying the 18lbs can be a bit awkward to carry. It folds down to 23.6x18.5x4.1in. It doesn’t come with a storage bag.
Versatility - The legs are solid so they can’t be individually adjusted for different camping grounds. It’s easy to assemble but due to the thin MDF tabletop that’s not coated underneath, this won’t last very long in the wet weather.
Overall - For extra working space in the garden, on the deck, on a picnic or for all your camping trips, the vidaXL Foldable Camping Cupboard is a good option, although it’s a bit costly.
