Our Analysis & Ratings

It is the minimal storage space that gave the Naturehike Cloud-Up 2 tent a lower rating. This was easy to set up and is lightweight, but it just didn’t meet the comfort level we wanted for its space. Our two backpacks got cramped up in the small vestibule, so this would not be a good recommendation except maybe for car camping.

Comfort - The shape of the tent is sloped to the sides, which lessens the already small space. It is uncomfortable for a 2-person tent.

Construction - The construction could be better with a crossbar to strengthen its structure, but the lack of it only makes the living space too small. Its low denier materials are waterproof, and will hopefully last long.

Features - It has a small pocket inside, a single vestibule and a single-pole setup. Though the pole feature is a plus for quick setup, the tiny pocket and vestibule are way smaller than average and don’t provide a relaxing space.

Size/Weight - With the limited structure and features, it is expectedly lightweight at 4.2lbs with a pack size of 16x5in.

Versatility - Versatility scores low in the Naturehike Cloud-Up 2 tent, as we see it only for car camping instead of pure camping and hiking due to its limited space.

Overall - Unfortunately, it is too small and doesn’t pack a good amount of features.
